Hot filling grade PET chips CP-333 is specially developed and produced for making hot filling bottles used for tea, juice and other beverages which require disinfectant treatment. This kind of product has characteristics of low heavy metal content, low AA content, nice color and narrow molecular distribution. Produced with unique formula and production technology, this kind of product, when undergoes heat shaping treatment under general working conditions on various mainstream bottle making machines both at home and abroad, shows high induced orientation rate, stable crystallinity, easy adjustment of wall thickness distribution, low residual stress, stable hot shrinkage and high qualification rate. It can meet the requirement of hot filling beverages filled at a temperature of about 90°C and can prevent the color of beverages from changing, beverages from oxidizing and bottles from deforming within guarantee period.
